 We will be offering the following property at public auction on Wednesday July 28th, starting at 5:00 PM. This property will be offered in 3 parcels with terms as follows. The personal property will be sold immediately after the real estate auction.

Parcel 1 - Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 104 North, Range 52 West of the 5th P.M. Except the South 1995.75 Feet, Minnehaha County, South Dakota.

Terms: 10% non refundable deposit due day of sale with the balance due on August 31st, 2010.
