We will be offering the following property at public auction on Wednesday July 28th, starting at 5:00 PM. This property will be offered in 3 parcels with terms as follows. The personal property will be sold immediately after the real estate auction.

Terms: 10% non refundable deposit due day of sale with the balance due on August 31st, 2010. Title insurance will be used with the cost split 50% buyer and 50% seller.
